Business Facilities
Ambalama is very close to the main town of McLaren Vale and all business facilities avaiable there. Also the Seaford business centre is just a 5min drive away.
Car Parking Details
Ambalama has two car parks. Through second set of double black wrought iron gates and park one car by the down stairs room.
Through main set of gates and there is enough room to park several cars, or car and boat.
Check In Instructions
Time of arrival is 3pm, unless an earlier time has been arranged. The keys will be found in the mail box.
Children and Extra Guests Details
There is a portable cot avaiable and linen supplied if needed. The balcony area is not suitable for very small children to be there unsupervised. The plasma TV has Foxtel and childrens programs are avaiable.
Extra guests can be accommodated in single bedroom which has 2 king size singles.
The down stairs room has queen bed and a pull out double sofa if needed.
Things To Do
2 min walk to beautiful Maslin Beach, relax on the sand, swim, play, surf, picnic, enjoy a stroll down the beach, walk the dog, enjoy the sunsets. Seals, dolpins and pelicans frequently wisit, you may be lucky!
5 min drive to McLaren Vale world renowned award winning wineries and local restaurants to match.
15mins drive to Historic Willunga and the most renowned Saturday Farmers Market.
A short drive to Silver Sands, Aldinga Beach, and Pt Willunga, enjoy cafes or just drive your car along the beach! A great lunch or dinner to be had at Historic Victory Hotel - don't forget to check out there famous wine cellar.
A great day out to Victor Harbor and the Murray River mouth and curong, or Cape Jervious and boat ride to Kangaroo Island.
Travel Directions
40 mins south of Adelaide on the main South Road. Turn right at the Maslin Beach intersection, onto Maslin Rd, at next intersection, straight accross commerical rd and into Maslin Beach. Travel to beach and turn left at the car park into Vernon Crescent. Ambalama is on the crest of the hill, on your right.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 0 - 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited / If cancelled 8 or more days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. In addition to any charges by the accommodation provider there will also be an additional administration charge of AUD15 if cancelled or amended online and AUD25 if cancelled or amended by phone.
IMPORTANT

The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance.
